- Fair Play Football
is based on the value code of Oliver Kahn and is manifested as a manual, in order to ensure a platform for target-oriented and continuous educational work. This creates the basis for a binding value system.
- Social Skills
consists of a curriculum comprising 50 training units (football as an application-oriented part and communication of the Oliver Kahn value code) and of an instruction manual for coaches to implement the training units.
- Tutoring
supports improvement in school performance, giving children and young people the opportunity for support with homework.
- Leadership
comprises a manual and is the basis for the integrated 1–2-year training of youth coaches, who apply the “Fair Play” “Social Skills” and “Tutoring” modules largely independently after completion of the training.
The coaching programme is an essential component of the Safe-Hubs for socially disadvantaged children and young people, which OLIVER KAHN FOUNDATION intends to support around the globe.

Today, the three educational centres in South Africa are already reaching more than 6,000 socially disadvantaged children and young people with this newly combined programme in weekly training.
In the future, our coaching programme will be used at other sites in Africa and in developed countries such as Germany as integration, education and development method for personal development.

The book on the programme

DU packst es! (YOU can do this!)
Wie du schaffst, was du willst (How to accomplish what you want)
Ever since his “I can do this” tour through German schools in 2009, young people have been very close to Oliver Kahn’s heart. Reason enough for him to write a book especially for young people in order to motivate them and to show them that it pays to pursue one’s own dreams. His tip: Set goals, find friends you can rely on, just like in a football team. Learn from defeats. Oliver Kahn knows the feeling first-hand that you don’t always succeed immediately. From the B-youth team at Karlsruher SC. From his first Bundesliga game, in which he conceded four goals. Or from the famous 2002 World Cup final. Personal, descriptive, full of motivational messages and stories: A book to empower young people – and helps them to believe in themselves and their dreams.
